I know it will be expensive and there are morality concerns, but my dolphin will have a moat that opens to a large swimming pool. She will have the best conditions. Dolphins are wild animals, not domesticated pets. You cannot keep them as pets. No matter what, you will never have big enough space for your dolphin. And dolphins are social so that means getting one dolphin means getting another. They are happier together. Instead, why not work at a dolphin sanctuary or something? Work somewhere where you can be near the animals that you love.

It's like a sugar glider. You can buy your glider a cage the size of a five story building but that still won't be enough space. Sorry, but dolphins just weren't meant to be pets. You should talk to your fish and wildlife people and ask them if you can even own them anywhere.

No country will allow you to keep a dolphin as a pet. Dolphins are meant to be able to swim freely around the ocean.
