What is a fun thing for pets without your body movement-ten points for creativity?I also have shih tzu (very lazy dog) and i try to keep him very active! I usually take him on walks but sometimes i put socks on my hands and we play. I also put a treat tied on his tail so he'll run for hours, after a while i give the treat to him. Hope I helped!

After this have a lot of treats in hand and start throwing the stuffed animals and ask the dog "Where is _____(name of stuffed animal)?" OR "GO get ____(Name of stuffed animal)! After a while if you practice, he can memorate a lot of names, trust me , my friends mom had like 15 of them and the dog was so much fun bringing the right toys to the master!
