She does actually love our current cats. But she still needs to stop looking at cat pictures. I know that I would look at the animals and apartments and stuff when I needed them and sometimes it was hard to stop after I found what I was looking for. I would suggest that she tries volunteering at the local animal shelter, that way she is helping out animals without adding to your family. It can be hard to not take any of them home but after seeing animal after animal find a new home it is really quite nice to do some volunteering. You might want to try looking for a larger apartment as well, right now because the economy is so bad you can find some really great deals on larger places that are just looking for renters. I'm not sure there is a solution for the cat poop smell problem other than trying new food, or trying new litter, or putting the litter boxes in different locations. I know it can be hard to see all those cute animals but she also needs some self control, three animals is hard in such a small place.How can I get my girlfriend to stop looking at craigslist pets?

Goto My computer, then got to Windows (or Winnt folder, whichever one you have) then SYSTEM32 folder, then DRIVER folder, then the ETC folder. Now you will see a file in there called HOSTS. Right click it, choose Open with... and choose Notepad. add these 4 entries to the bottom (format is domain name space and the 127.0.0.1

Now click File and Save.



Whenever someone on this computer goes to craigslist, it will just say dns error, server not found :) To undo, just follow the same steps except erase all those entries you have.
