Does anyone know how many pets have been run over by waste management? Are how I can find out?

We live on a dead end street. The speed limit is 15 miles per hour. We had the city lower this speed limit because of our children, handicap family and neighbors and pets. This happened and was done out of safety incompentance. I am disabled and she was trained to help me walk and protect me too. She was running a stray away from me when the truck ran a stop sign and the driver after she ran her over laughed about what she had done. Picked up our trash and they contuined laughing . There supervisor came and saw how they were acting about what they did and said this happens all the time. The people who saw this could not believe how cold hearted they where. If I could run I would have ran out in front and pushed her out the way, but I can't. I just would like to know the statics on this are how to find out.Does anyone know how many pets have been run over by waste management? Are how I can find out?That is the worst thing I have heard in a while
