How can i store personal information on my computer?

I have a lot of personal information(passwords,user ID's etc.)around my house and in my notebook.If possible i would like to store all this information in one place on my computer so i can retrieve this information when i need it in stead of going crazy trying to remember what or where i wrote this information on.so help me out.How can i store personal information on my computer?Hi
