My husband needs to return to school because he has been unemployed for 6 months. He worked in the automotive industry for 30 years and now there aren't any jobs. He wants to return to college and get a technical degree. We don't know where to start. Can anyone help?Where does one start to find information about returning to college?1) Look up your local community college
2) Fill out the application for the school (you can usually do it on-line)
3) Have him schedule an appointment with a guidance counselor
The important thing is to get him into the school's system right away.
