Is there a good Human Resource website with information about the staffing systems at Lockheed Martin?

I am to do a presentation in my HR class about Lockheed Martin and my material to cover is the staffing systems. I found some information at their website, but it was limited of course.



I'm looking for information such as how they hire (potential vs achievement), disciplinary systems, and firing employees. They are a defense contractor, not Mom's Garage down the street. Plus, I would doubt that you can get ahold of anyones email or number unless an employee there gave it to you. Unless you have specific aerospace credentials, good luck
